Well, hello there! I see it’s been quite a while since I posted something on this blog and, well, I have no other excuses than that I have been more busy with my job and everyday life than anything creative really. And that means I haven’t had anything to write about (and no, I’m not going to turn this into an everyday blog).
I realised the other day, though, that I had forgot to post about my latest publication! A couple of months ago I was published in Kultur Mag’s steampunk issue with s couple of sets that I shot with Carmilla earlier this year. I love this set so much, it’s one of the best I’ve ever done!

Earlier this year I got together with some of my favourite partners in crime and created an amazing steampunk shoot. We had worked a long time on getting the outfits and details right and I had sorted out a great location.
A couple of weeks ago we found out that our efforts had payed off and we were getting two of the shots published in Xpressions Magazine. I am so happy and so proud of the entire team who made this happen and the pictures turned out perfect 🙂

If it’s something love it’s working on supercreative shoots! The whole process of planning the theme for months, working out the outfit, styling, makeup and what props to use.. It’s what keeps my creative juices flowing 🙂
Early last year me and the lady behind Imperial Fiddlesticks Emporium started discussing doing an ocean goddess themed shoot, based on a gorgeous mermaid themed top hat she had made me previously. We got a lovely makeup artist on board and Katiekat agreed to stand behind the camera.
This is the final result!
Woho! The steampunk shoot I did with Kitty Carol a little while ago made its way into the latest issue of Kultur Mag, namely the Cosplay Issue 34.1 2014 🙂 I’m so happy to see this shoot in one of my favourite magazines of all times, everything turned out so perfect!

Early in December last year, I had another shoot with the lovely Kitty Carol. This time we did something a bit different. Instead of just going with a badass outfit, we focused on doing some creative portraits – with different accessories. We did two different styles and the result was awesome! I can’t wait to see the the finished result of the second look, it was so much fun to go out of my “styling box” and something completely new 🙂
With that said, I love this first look as well. I feel like a combined Alice in Wonderland-burlesque lady-19th century vampire ^^

Winter is upon us, big time. Here in Stockholm we’ve had masses of snow and last week I got snowed in due to what could count as a snowstorm. Personally, I’ve been a busy bee with a home exam that I finished yesterday, and so I haven’t had any time for photoshoots. But now I’m free from studies until the beginning of January and can plan some fun stuff 🙂
Until then I’ll treat you with some more photos from my summer shoot for Imperial Fiddlesticks Emporium, taken by Josefine Jonsson Photography & Retouch ❤
fIXE Magazine has an interview up with me on their website ^^ I’ve always loved reading the interviews they have with different models and photographers and so was extremely happy when I got a bunch of questions to answer. The entire interview can be read HERE!
These past few days I’ve been really busy. The first course of the semester is over and for me, that means writing a finishing exam to get a grade. So I’m currently up to my ears in books, principles, articles and notes trying to get down everything I want to say in my answers. I’m quite used to writing like this, but I can tell I’m a bit damaged from my philosophy studies, I want to discuss and challenge everything! But, alas, I don’t have the space for it 😛
Last week’s shoot was postponed due to rain and general really bad weather. We were supposed to shoot tomorrow instead but now both me and the photographer have come down with a cold, and she also has a fever. So it doesn’t look to good at the moment But we are hoping for a new chance soon! Also, I’m planning a couple of other things that are a bit different, but I’m really looking forward to them 🙂
Speaking of creativity, I’ve got some projects that I hope to start up soon. There will be colours, sparkly things and pure awesomeness!
All in all, I’m hoping for good things to come before the year is over 🙂 And the time to read more weird fiction ❤
I leave you with one of my favourite pictures from this year, taken by Josefine Jönsson for Imperial Fiddlesticks Emporium.
A little while back I showed you a little sneak peek of my shoot for Imperial Fiddlesticks Emporium. Today I’m giving you a whole bunch of pictures from that shoot! Not all though, because there are quite a few of them, but a nice selection none the less 🙂 More will come soon enough so keep your eyes open!
