Vanyanรญs Giveaway!

The lovely and incredibly talented lady over at Vanyanรญs is holding a giveaway where you can win a gorgeous necklace! There are several ways to enter so you’ll be given a fair chance ๐Ÿ™‚

I love these kind of necklaces, they’re so stylish and elegant. And I can use them to practically any outfit! But my favourite kind of outfit to use it for would probably be a classy long latex skirt pair with a somewhat elaborate black overbust corset. Then the necklace would really pop and it’s glory would show off perfectly.

And by the way, you should all go and visit her website for more lovely creations ๐Ÿ™‚

Steampunk Photo Adventures

Last Saturday the lovely photographer Belinda Bartzner came up to Stockholm again. As soon as I heard she was coming I knew I had to shoot with her again, everything turned out so good the last time! To my happiness she wanted to shoot with me as well ๐Ÿ™‚ After some discussions we decided to try on something new: steampunk.

I have done shoots that were steampunk inspired, but this time we wanted something more.. well, proper. That meant no latex. Instead I spent an entire week sewing, dyeing and gluing together a good looking outfit as well as accessories. The only thing I didn’t make or alter was the corset, my pride and joy from Viola Lahger ๐Ÿ˜›

Anyway, our luck had it that it was a day with rain on and off, but we still managed to time it perfectly when it was clearing up a bit. And it was so much fun! As it always is when we’re shooting together ^^ And the results looked so awesome in the camera! I can’t wait to receive the finished results ๐Ÿ™‚

Until then, here’s a little sneak peek ๐Ÿ™‚

Kultur Mag Interview

So, my latest latex shoot with KT Twisted photography got published in the latest issue of Kultur Mag ๐Ÿ™‚ It’s one of my favourite magazines so I’m always happy when they want to feature me and my work ๐Ÿ™‚ This time I also got to answer interview questions, which is always fun!

Latex Wonderland Shoot

Finally I can show off this photo set! I shot it in April, but since it was due for a publication I’ve had to hold them back from view. But now the magazine is out (tear sheet will be published soon!) and so now I can show them to the world. I’m really happy how they turned out and I hope you all feel they’ve been worth the wait ๐Ÿ™‚

Summer Madness

Things are pretty slow at work right now so I’m allowing my brain to relax a bit and feel creative. Funnily enough though, I’m feeling more creative when it comes to cooking and creating recipes right now than when it comes to photoshoots. I guess it’s because I’ve gotten so many wonderful ideas these past months that I need to get them out of my system before I can come up with new ones. Soon I hope to tick some of the boxes though, since I’m waiting for an outfit and some jewellery to arrive. And I’ve also got some accessories that needs shooting.
I’m really looking forward to set some dates with photographers ๐Ÿ™‚

But speaking of outfits, I payed a visit to my corset maker, Viola Lahger, yesterday to discuss a new baby. We decided on a model and the embellishments, but we were left with that difficult question of colours. I know I want soft pastels contrasting to each other, but after that I’m stuck. So we decided that she would go fabric hunting for me and I gave her a list of colours that I like ^^ I’m confident this new piece will be wonderful and I can’t wait to shoot it in the fall ๐Ÿ™‚

And while we’re on the subject of corsets, I afterwards met up with a friend to go to a local Victorian picnic. It was great to meet so many wonderful people in gorgeous outfits, eat cakes and talk about everything and nothing. I was happy to see so many wearing lovely corsets, even though it did make me cry a bit inside to see some younger girl wear theirs not only upside down but backwards too.. I can understand that one might put on an underbust upside down – hell, I’ve done that myself a few times when not looking properly! But overbust styles? I’m sorry, but that’s really beyond me..

Anyway, I had planned for a truly epic outfit with my steampunk corset, but I ran out of time and couldn’t finish it. My plan B failed due to extreme heat, so in the end I settled for a nice basic summer goth outfit with one of my favourite corsets.
